A group of 16 new Kingston Gets Active Volunteer Ambassadors are now trained! Our Ambassadors come from all over the Kingston area; some are College and University students, others are community members; all are passionate about promoting healthy living and physical activity.

Kingston Gets Active Ambassadors are trained to give presentations about how, why and where to get physical active and physically literate. They have training in leading Fit Breaks for your staff meeting, community group, or conference. Ambassadors are also ready to come to community events, where they can tell you more physical activity resources in Kingston and the area.
