Try Rope Skipping at Nationals in Kingston

Have you ever tried rope skipping?  Have you ever watched a rope skipping competition?  Now is your chance!  The Rope Skipping Canada nationals will be happening in Kingston at Queen’s University at the Athletic and Recreation Centre (main gym, 284 Earl St) over the Victoria Day weekend, May 19th – May 22nd. Rope Skipping is low-key and a lot of fun.

Your chance to watch competitive rope jumpers:

You might like to catch the opening ceremonies from 6-8pm on Friday May 19, or watch the masters compete on Monday morning and afternoon.  Admission is free of charge for anyone who wants to come and watch.

Free Try-it session for all ages:

On the Monday May 22 from 5-7pm, there is a free camp which is open to the public for anyone who would like to try it out.
