September is Kingston Gets Active Month: Free Activities for all

Get active during September 2018 Kingston Gets Active Month!  17 sport and recreation providers are offering over 100 FREE opportunities.  There is something for every age.  Try something new or just get out and get moving:  soccer for kids, trampoline, archery, cheerleading, cycle fit, badminton, swimming, boxing, fitness classes, yoga, martial arts, Zumba, Youth open gym, drop-in basketball and sports nights, fitness kickboxing, workshops and more.
