National Kinesiology Week | November 23-27 every day from 11 am- 12 pm. Daily online fitness classes to celebrate the role of physical activity on mental and physical health; boxing, chair yoga, Essentrics Aging Backwards, Gentle Fitness and Fall prevention, cardio/strength training. The CHANGE Program | Next intake is January 2021. There are 12 weeks of group exercise & dietary advice for Mediterranean Diet, followed by another 9 months of monthly guidance Intended for people with at least 2 criteria of metabolic syndrome.
