Women on WeightsNext intake is January 2021. There are 7 weekly sessions teaching women how to lift weights and make dietary changes to help preserve bone mass and help to prevent osteoporosis. National Kinesiology Week November 23-27 every day from 11 am- 12 pm. Daily online fitness classes to celebrate the role of physical activity on mental and physical health; boxing, chair yoga, Essentrics Aging Backwards, Gentle Fitness and Fall prevention, cardio/strength training. Registration Link. Facebook Link. Open to anyone, but classes mostly targeted to a 55 + population and the teachers of the classes teach classes within the Napanee region.
The CHANGE ProgramNext intake is January 2021. There are 12 weeks of group exercise & dietary advice for Mediterranean Diet, followed by another 9 months of monthly guidance Intended for people with at least 2 criteria of metabolic syndrome.
