Staying Active During COVID-19

The current and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic may add new challenges to maintaining an active lifestyle, but there are many existing and new opportunities and resources to get active!

Be sure to maintain physical distancing from others outside your social circle when participating in activities, wash your hands regularly, and wear masks in crowded and/or indoor spaces to protect yourself and others. Stay positive. Stay safe. Stay active.
