When: Monday, June 23rd and Wednesday, June 25th from 1pm to 2pm

Where: Métis Nation of Ontario, located at 629 Division Street (at the corner of Railway Street) and walk to the park across from the offices. All you need to bring is a water bottle, your athletic gear and a great spirit!

Description: Full Circle Fitness is a circuit training program that focuses on the whole body. A combination of cardio, strength training and core helps you to reach your peak fitness goals. Exercises can be modified for beginners or made more challenging for those advanced athletes! Circuit training takes place outside and is therefore dependent upon the weather… So let’s hope for sunny days!
