There is lots going on in Kingston and the area on Family Day.  It’s a great day to get out and do something fun with the whole family.

The City of Kingston facilities are offering family swims, free swimming lessons and family fitness classes.

The Kingston Family YMCA is offering swimming, family zumba and family pickleball.

The WJ Henderson Recreation Centre has a Family Day event planned from 12-4pm with a free swim and skate, as well as crafts, music and a bouncy castle at the library.

The Tett Centre’s Day Breaker Dance Party is from 6:30am-8:30am.

Looking for something to do in the Frontenac Area?  The Frontenac Arena in Godfrey has a Family Day event happening from 11am-3pm. Little Cat Conservation Area:  Go for a skate from 9am-4:30pm on the pond. Skates available to rent.  A fire and hot cocoa will be waiting for you in the warming hut.

The Museum of Healthcare will be running its Teddy Bear Hospital for kids aged 3-8.

Market Square skating is on too. Check the webcam for fun, then head on down.
