Awaken your body, mind, and spirit with movement and stillness class led by UPHALE Yoga. Enjoy mindful movement among the visual inspiration of the gorgeous Lake Ontario views. Classes will occur indoors, in the spacious, never before available Sanctuary.
Participants will follow all applicable Health Unit guidelines. Be mindful of your health. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and props.
