This nine week program is aimed at improving swimming fitness, endurance and stroke efficiency to better prepare adults for triathlons or general lane and fitness swimming. Learn how to do proper turns or improve your turns and streamlining. Each week a new swimming skill or drill will be introduced. The practices will provide a wide variety of swimming techniques and workouts for all levels of swimmers.
