 Active Evenings are held at St. Lawrence College (100 Portsmouth Ave, Kingston, ON K7L 5A6) from 3:00 to 4:30 pm in the Gymnasium.  Refreshments and snacks are provided! Door prizes are also available!

Family Fitness Volleyball Programs are held at J.G Simcoe Public School (90 Wiley Street, Kingston, Ontario, K7K 5B4) from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.  Refreshments and snacks are provided! Door prizes are also available!

Walking Group

A walking group is held every Monday… depending on the weather of course! We meet at the Métis Nation of Ontario office (629 Division Street in Kingston, ON.) at 12:00pm. If you are unsure of the weather and whether we will be walking, always be sure to give us a call the morning of and we would be happy to let you know of the plans to walk!

Play Fit!

This is a workshop/activity designed for moms to work out with their little ones. Each session will focus on a particular topic, ranging from strength training to stretching. The group will partake in the Monday walking group then convene in the park (across from the Métis Nation of Ontario office) to go through several exercises that Mommy’s can complete with their children or alone in the comfort of their own home. Play Fit Groups will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 pm on Monday May 26th, Monday June 30th and Monday July 28th.  A healthy snack and refreshment will also be provided.
