February 2020 is Kingston Gets Active Month!  It’s time to try a new activity or just get out and have some fun.  Best of all, it’s all absolutely FREE. Check out the Feb 2020 Kingston Gets Active Month Calendar.

Kingston Gets Active Month February 2020 Activities

 In addition to fitness classes like Zumba, yoga, and aquafit, you can also try some great winter sports like Speed Skating or Ringette, and lots of indoor activities like Bouldering, Crossfit and Boxing.  There’s also gymnastics, cheerleading, and Groove & Grow for the kids, as well as swimming, skating, and more.

Not only is February Kingston Gets Active Month, but it is also FebFest, Heart Month, and Therapeutic Recreation Month!  You can also find some great free activities taking place on Family Day, Monday, Feb 17.
