Active living in Kingston Ontario

Get Kids Active With These 3 Easy Activity Videos

Parents and caregivers can try our 3 activity videos with their kids at home or outdoors!  Under our Resources tab on the website, you will find ActivKids (formally known as Play Library).  You will find many activity ideas, including 3 videos to get kids having fun while practicing some fundamental movement skills.   These fundamental movement skills help children become more physically literate, and are the building blocks for future physical activity pursuits.  The Chicken Throw video works on throwing, the Train Station video covers hopping, skipping and other forms of movement, and the Creative Balances video addresses balancing.  Just click on the picture below and scroll down on that page to try them all.
