Kingston Gets Active Month - free activities all month long

Looking for something new to do in April?  Have you ever wanted to try pickleball, tai chi, aqua Zumba, Bollywood, Self-defence, or fencing?  During Kingston Gets Active Month you can try all these activities and more.  There’s something for every age!

 

Kingston Gets Active Month Free Activities

The Kingston fencing Club is offering fencing classes for boys, for girls, for adults, and for seniors.  The YMCA of Kingston is offering a wide range of classes everyday.  Be sure to drop in to their “Sunday Fun Days”, which offer all day swim, family Zumba, family fit stop, family pickleball, adult pickleball, and adult volleyball.  You can also try activities from the following providers:   Queens University ARC, St. Lawrence College, Patenaude Martial Arts, Ontario early years, Conquer Training, Kingston Military Community Sports Center, Artillery Park Aquatic Center, INVISTA Centre, Kingston Tennis Club, Kingston Elite All-Star Cheerleading, Kingston Community Health Centre, and Kingston Gymnastics Club.  You Might also enjoy Weller Cup road hockey, or trying out our Play Kits with the family.  See the Kingston Gets Active Month calendar for all the details.
