Active living in Kingston Ontario

May 30 is the Amazing Henderson Active Transportation Challenge!

AHATC_FacebookA scavenger hunt and cycling skills course are two of many activities taking place at the “Amazing Henderson Active Transportation Challenge”. Discover enjoyable, safe, efficient ways to walk, cycle, and use transit to get to every day places within and outside the Henderson and Auden Park areas. You can put your bike on the Kingston Transit Express bus rack and roll, and learn about walking school buses, Kingston’s bike registration program, and more! On hand will be the Kingston Coalition for Active Transportation, Cycle Kingston, J.R. Henderson Public School, KFL&A Public Health, Kingston Gets Active, and Kingston Transit.  All welcome!  The event will run rain or shine. For more information go to kflapublichealth.ca or kcat.ca.
