Active living in Kingston Ontario

Cycle Kingston Seeking Board Members

If are you interested in seeing more people riding bicycles, and riding them safely, consider joining Cycle Kingston’s Board of Directors. Cycle Kingston, a not-for-profit registered charity, is looking to expand its volunteer Board of Directors to help meet the growing demands of their organization. Each year Cycle Kingston provides various cycling safety education and skills training for people in and around the City of Kingston; and is active in other cycling safety initiatives. Our activities include presentations and courses for over 2000 youth each year, adult cycling education and skills opportunities, involvement with city cycling projects, organizing and/or participating in community events, and establishing a bicycle recycling youth employment social enterprise. All our activities are geared towards our goal: to promote cycling and cycling safety through community outreach and involvement. If you are passionate about bicycles being a part of our community, then please consider being a Cycle Kingston Board Member!

For more information about becoming a board member, contact Neal Scott, President, at cyclekingston@gmail.com. For more information about Cycle Kingston, go to www.cyclekingston.ca.
