Affordable Recreation for Lower-Income Families: One Application = Three Opportunities

The Municipal Fee Assistance Program helps make Kingston Municipal Recreation programs and Kingston Transit more affordable for Kingstonians in low-income households.   Through one application, eligible applicants can access:

  1. The reduced monthly transit pass cost for one year.
  2. The Subsidy Program for Affordable Recreation in Kingston (SPARK)– reduced cost to municipal recreation and leisure programs.
